- Design and creation of the ad is the responsibility of the sponsor.
- Each full registration includes: USB proceedings, access to all ISMAR & AWE sessions, Lunch & Coffee breaks, Banquet.
- Printing of individual banner is the reponsibility of the sponsor. Banner will be displayed at the events selected by the sponsor.
- Design and printing of attendee bag materials is the responsibility of the sponsor.
A deposit amount equal to at least 50% of the total space/sponsorship request must be submitted with this application in order for a space to be assigned. Contracts will be processed in the order they are received
Contracts Received After
14 September 2018 must be accompanied with full payment in order to be considered
Due no later than Friday 14 September 2018.
- All Cancellations must be in Writing
- No Refunds Sponsor/Exhibitor may reschedule from scheduled exhibition date to a future date, or be placed into a “floater/exhibitor credit status” to be reassigned to a future exhibition date provided written notice to do so is received by event management eight weeks prior to the scheduled exhibition date. Deadline to notify event management is August 20, 2018
